You want to slow things down, feel more present, ease the anxiety, and actually enjoy your day-to-day life.
You Are In The Right Place
Hi, I’m Holly.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Tampa Bay area. Outside of the therapy room, I’m usually listening to an audiobook (always have one going), or working on something creative—I’m an artist and sculptor and love getting my hands into anything that lets me create.
I specialize in anxiety and ADHD, and as a recovering people-pleaser myself, I understand how hard it can be to balance expectations, boundaries, and self-compassion.
My approach is relaxed, collaborative, and real. I’m a little quirky, and when it fits, I bring humor into the process. I don’t believe therapy has to feel stiff to be meaningful.
I’m also not a “nod and clipboard” kind of therapist. I want our sessions to feel engaging, honest, and actually helpful. Together, we’ll figure out what works for you and build something that feels doable and aligned with your life.
What You Can Expect in Sessions with Me
Real tools that actually help
No one-size-fits-all advice here. We’ll figure out what works for you—whether that’s managing anxiety in the moment, improving focus with ADHD, or finding ways to communicate more clearly in your relationships.
A very human space
Come as you are—messy days included. Pajamas, interruptions, kids in the background, or sitting in your car between things… all welcome. You don’t have to show up perfectly to do meaningful work.
Couples work that’s balanced
I’m not here to pick sides. I help both of you feel heard while we slow things down, understand the patterns between you, and work toward better communication and connection.
Therapy for teens (yes, even the skeptical ones)
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—especially for teens. Sometimes that means humor, sarcasm, or just meeting them where they are. I focus on building trust and helping them feel understood while navigating emotions, identity, and relationships.
