I accept Aetna and Cigna for individual therapy sessions, making it easier to access care through your benefits.

I also work with some out-of-network PPO plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance, and you may receive partial reimbursement depending on your plan.

If you prefer private pay, or if your needs fall outside of insurance coverage, my rates are:

• Individual sessions: $175

• Couples sessions: $225

Couples therapy is offered as a private pay service. While many people are surprised by this, insurance companies typically do not provide meaningful coverage for relationship-focused work.
